• Responsible for the day-to-day operation and oversight of projects. Organize, direct, motivate and supervise all crew members• Review HUB related bid requests, attend pre-bid meetings, get equipment bids, participate in quote preparation• Perform job walks when PO is received, when submittals are provided, to kick off job, to monitor job progress, to generate punch list, and final with customer and or customer project manager• Manage hours and budgets to maximize job profitability• Do field measurements and approve submittals to ensure proper equipment is selected• Make sure workers, sub contractor’s and other trades understand responsibilities and deadlines• Inspect work to insure conformance to specifications, standards, and codes• Manage equipment delivery to crane yard to check for damage and report as warranted• Order cranes and equipment delivery as needed• Establish and adjust work sequences to meet deadlines
