IT Consulting and custom software development business, supporting 5 long-term clients over 7 years. Projects included software architecture and product development for recruitment platforms, real estate and property search platforms and large scale comparison sites.

Core architect and lead software developer for Japan's #1 physician network. Starting with a team of 3, I grew and re-designed the platform for scalability, implementing agile and dev-ops practices with the final team growing to 10. At the end of my time with M3, I continued to support the platform's growth from within Knowles Systems and helped to grow it to the US$20B company it is currently.

3 month contract implementing coldfusion and java based affiliate marketing portal for the Valuecommerce transaction-based platform.

Lead a team of 3 software consultants in building custom intranet solutions for corporate clients. Searchable stock-photo libraries, escalator and lift maintenance management portals and accounting software plugins for auto-faxing invoices were among the many projects we executed, carrying out business analysis and custom software development and support.

Completed MITIS1 training, followed by a six month placement at David Jones department store in Sydney implementing an Oracle based point of sale platform in use across Australia at 4000 stores.
