I am the President and co-founder of the GoldSim Technology Group. I have a wide variety of experience in the fields of probabilistic risk analysis and simulation. I've spent most of my career developing and applying probabilistic simulation techniques to evaluate environmental systems. I am a co-developer of GoldSim, a powerful dynamic, probabilistic simulation program that is being used by public and private organizations throughout the world to support decision-making and risk analysis for complex projects and systems.I have applied GoldSim to complex environmental applications worldwide, ranging from the evaluation of proposed radioactive waste management facilities to the evaluation of water management alternatives at mine sites. I've also delivered over a hundred workshops and seminars describing simulation techniques and the use of the GoldSim software tool in North America, Europe, Australia and Asia. Prior to co-founding GoldSim Technology Group in 2004, I was a Principal with Golder Associates, a large international engineering consulting firm (now part of WSP). In addition to serving as a senior staff member, I served on the Board of Directors of Golder’s US company for 3 years.
