Hi, I’m Rick, a certified coach at the Halftime Institute! I help men and women as they move through their second half to find clarity, uncover true purpose, and go out and live it. My “Why?” Soon after leaving the corporate world, I struggled to overcome the challenges most men face once they retire. The biggest of these being, “Now that one of my key roles is over, what should I do for the rest of my life?” To give a quick summary of how I got where I am today: I had an extensive career building and managing sales, marketing and operations teams in the U.S., Canada, China, Europe, Latin America and Middle East North Africa. In my last corporate role, located in Dubai, I was the General Manager for a technology company where I had the pleasure of managing people from many nationalities. What I enjoyed most throughout my career was coaching up my team to achieve exceptional results. So, after a year-long journey to find my calling, What truly stood out to me was my passion for coaching people and helping them be their best selves and live their best lives.
