I have just completed a 137,000 sq ' processing plant for smoked meats called Nueske's Meats based out of Wittenberg Wisconsin. This project was a GMP project for which we were able to give the customers a large sum of money back because of the great team I had along with ending project under budget.I am headed to Farmers Branch Texas to start a 87,000 sq ' GMP project to build/remodel a processing food plant for Sysco foods in hopes to give this mega company the same results which we were able to give the Nueske group

$157 million Deep Tunnel Project. Deep tunnel project for DC Water’s in the heart of Washington DC. This project had a large amount of hurtles such as dealing with 15 blocks of residential housing along with installing freeze pipe right outside their homes and the 100’s of utilizes that we have to deal with daily. We also installed 3 vertical shafts of 120’/80’/60’ right in the middle of the street. The main shaft is a depth of 150’ along with a 3,000’ vertical tunnel which will connect to the other 3 for-mentioned shafts. The tunnel itself was completed by using a 22’ TBM boring machine.

Past projects with Triad were a $1.9 million remodel of 6 JC Penney's in the Washington DC area and a $460,000 remodel of a Best Buy in Austin Texas. • Managed a targeted budget of $285M as Civil Superintendent for a 760 MW supercritical coal fire power plant.• Successful in digging OSHA approved trenches as deep as 20’ near Ohio River for 1.7 miles of underground water/sewer, HDPE pipe and electrical duct banks.• Oversaw installation of 254,300 cubic yards of concrete for footings, slabs on grade and upper level deck pours, 5,000 yards of dirt removal for foundation preparation, road ways and concrete pipe.• Installed approximately 1.5 miles of heavy haul roads and 2 miles of service roads. • Site finalization involved final grading of all earth work and installed sidewalks. • Managed all indirect cost and was able to reduce cost well under projected forecast of 19% of project cost down to 14% by initiating new project techniques.• Generated daily work progress reports, sub - contractors for the onsite trucking and all aggregate utilized on the project.• Oversaw crews responsible for supplying all 30+ fire watchers and confined space attendants for the project.
