Translation of strategy into a compelling case for business planning investment, supported by a successful special factor. Awards: Edmund Hambley Medal (ICE) – for sustainable development, IChemE – International award for renewable energy generation, 27th British Construction Industry awards for the major civil engineering project above £50m. o Biosolids System optimisation: Conceived and embedded system thinking, processes and systems for Biosolids management and implemented new ways of working transforming operational deployment strategy. Thus, significantly reducing operating costs, increasing energy generation, reducing carbon footprint and preparing for a greater competitive market.o Operations: Led large operational units in delivery of enhanced performance, achieving 4 star status, UK high performance employee engagement and driving and embedding a positive Health, Safety and Wellbeing culture.
