Full-time role overseeing the operation of a large commercial complex in downtown Ottawa as a Property Manager. This included managing the parking garage and performing procurement duties prior to being promoted to Property Manager. Managed the Customer Service section for inquiries at a large Commercial complex pre-dominantly occupied by the Government. Responded to client queries and worked closely with PWGSC and other government clients to address their concerns.
