Provide U.S. perspective to large-scale international experimentation opportunities and exercises. Ensure Operational Communities work together with Academia and Industry to develop and test operational concepts, requirements, interoperability, technological advances and new progresses in sensors, actuators, and C4I integrated with Maritime Unmanned Systems. Establish U.S. Aims, Goals, Objectives, and Experimentation Activities to embed within scenario parameters, serialized events, and operational vignettes. • Report to the PEO USC International Programs Director, conduct coordination and communication within the Command and with other agencies/organizations, and international parties involved in Operational Experimentation / Exercises.• Develop and provide exercise-related calendars, schedules, synchronization matrices, milestones, information papers, and reports.• During execution, develop and prepare daily Mission Rehearsal Exercise Situation Reports.• Act as the liaison with industry participants, government personnel, planning teams, and synchronize parties in preparation of the training/exercise events. • Review and analyze exercise/experimentation objectives and ensure critical path.• Prepare and collate after action reports in support of major exercises .
