Nov. 2015 ~ Jun. 2016 The 1st Department Manager for EE teamResponsibility:I lead three function teams, including green energy, consumer antennas, and vehicle antennas. The team will provide antenna design services and deliver the project to mass production. Products include indoor and outdoor digital TV antennas covering the VHF and UHF bands, rod antennas for CB, AM / FM, DAB, GSM; we also provide multi-band antennas for vehicles, such as GPS / GLONASS, Rod antenna, shark-fin antenna and DAB thin fin antenna.Jul. 2016~Oct. 2019, The 3rd Department Manager for Vehicle business groupDue to the business needs, organizational reorganization has integrated the three parts of automotive project management, mechanical section, and electronic section. The team is committed to the development and mass production of vehicle antennas and related module products. The main business is OEM automotive antenna projects. In addition to introducing customer design into mass production in accordance with APQP procedures, it also provides customers with automotive antenna reference designs to shorten the development time of customers' products. In addition to the aforementioned project introduction, I need to participate in the project feasibility assessment and technical consultation. I also need to define a product roadmap, recruit team members, and report team performance to the general manager on a regular basis. As appropriate, I will also visit customers in the United States and Germany to provide customers with further technical services.

Responsibility:Collaborate with colleagues in the imec R&D Center Netherlands and all project-related local suppliers, such as industrial design, Prototype making, Analog & digital circuit design, PCB layout and PCB/PCBA manufacture outsourcing, To support Netherlands R&D center for design optimization/design for manufacture, prototyping and verification. Provide ECG & EEG demonstrator to companies who interested in product development of wearable devices. One US patent as been filed for the portable ECG device.

Jan. 2009 ~ Dec. 2009 Senior Engineer of the Electronic Dep.Responsibility: * Automatic transmission hydraulic sensor design* Use PCAD 2001 for PCB board circuit design and wiring, and export Gerber files and deliver them to PCB manufacturing plants for production and SMT plants.* Technical documentation, such as preliminary specification sheet, functional test report and pressure calibration application form, etc.* Set up a pressure sensor calibration station and prepare a batch production file.* Technical contact window for overseas customers.Jan. 2010 ~Aug. 2011, Project Manager of the Electronic Dep.Responsibility: * Product design for Oil Pressure switch and speed sensor.* A technical contact window for the overseas customer.* To surveying and setup the facilities of the environment testing such as the thermal shock and vibration test according to the standard of ISO16750.

* Optimize the development of LIVE robot products, such as PLEO,* Reduce the noise of DC motor to each drive component.* Reduce the EMI level of the motor drive board and pass third-party verification in EMC laboratory.* Reduce the EMI level of the SCALER board of the LCD monitor.

Oct. 2007 ~ Feb. 2008, Senior Analog Engineer.Responsibility: * To provide the design service for the Industrial product development such as Power meter of 5V power supply circuit with wide input AC voltage, garage door RF control module etc., * To generate the detail circuit diagram according to function block which provide by Jabil US and customer. * To survey the bill of material and meet the target price of customer.

 Investigate competitor solutions for tire pressure monitoring systems, including market share, competitor solutions and patent searches. System block diagram for developing an active TPMS. Carry out detailed schematic design, PCB layout and prototype design and outsourcing. Conduct a feasibility review of batteryless tire pressure monitoring systems Set up a prototype of the VisiTyre TPMS and install it on the Volkswagen Passat for further road testing. Technical contact window for Australian partners.

June 2002 ~Nov. 2004: Deputy manager of RD Dep.June 2001 ~ May2002: Senior engineer of RD Dep.Responsibility: * Preliminary study for the Bio-sensing station by using SAW sensor for Pico-gram mass detection. To develop the prototype of the counter system which including the Block diagram, detail schematic and PCB layout and system function verify.* Management of Active Tire Pressure Monitoring System design team to develop such as tire pressure transmitter module, receiver module and antenna design which based on 2.4GHz ISM band. The system function test is co-work with Automotive Research and Testing Center in Changhua County and the testing is follow the standard of FMVSS138. * To prepare the document of the government project of SBIR and the Project name is “Active tire pressure monitoring system” and the proposal is passed after review.* Management of GPS design team to develop GPS related product such as various GPS active antenna, slim type GPS receiver module and transferring the module and antenna to mass production.

Sep. 2000 ~ Ma.r 2001, Senior Engineer of RF RD department.Responsibility:  Management of two-way transceiver design team to develop such as 1.5GHz RF receiver, 1.4GHz RF transmitter, related test fixture and this product is for Wireless Internet application based on the cable system.The detail circuit design jobs including the calculation of the system budget for the RF up/down link, Power amplifier stage, front-end low noise filter using comb-line structure, LNA stage, LO stage include PLL, Power etc.,  To do the field test and passed the verification in Cable/ML USASep. 1996 ~ Sep. 1997: Antenna Engineer of RF Engineering Dep.Responsibility:  Design and develop a 12dBi 90-degree reflective antenna suitable for 2.15GHz ~ 2.686GHz wireless CATV MMDS applications. Design and develop 18dBi stacked Yagi antennas suitable for 2.15GHz ~ 2.686GHz wireless CATV MMDS applications. Designed and developed a 15dBi back-firing antenna suitable for 2.15GHz ~ 2.686GHz broadband wireless CATV MMDS applications, and has a US antenna patent Design and development of low loss mechanical comb line bandpass filters for RF front receiver circuit applications.
