I am a chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years of experience managing technical experts and client groups to deliver on client demands for large scale projects. I strive to understand my client’s needs in order to provide the right solutions and recommendations to help them achieve their goals and KPIs. Although I have worked extensively in London and the US Pacific Northwest, I’m proud to call California my home for the last 20 years. Since 1997, I have been based in Los Angeles, first managing Davis Langdon’s regional office, and later with AECOM leading their Aviation and Justice Sector cost groups. Now at MGAC I am leading the firm’s Los Angeles Cost and Risk practice and working with a diverse range of clients including architects, real estate developers, overseas investors, and public agencies.My broad experience in education, healthcare, cultural, aviation, public sector, and commercial development allows me to deliver accurate cost information for projects across a wide range of industries, while my understanding of construction practices and markets across North America provides me with the knowledge needed to advise clients on how to achieve successful outcomes on their projects while maximizing value and minimizing risk.
