Rick was our Engineering Manager for the Rail Business Unit and was responsible for relationships with Flexfab’s major rail customers, primarily General Electric and Bombardier. Rick worked directly with engineers, sales and executives on projects for large freight locomotives. Our rail business grew successfully over the past four years, thanks to Rick’s work and even when large locomotive manufacturing reduced in 2016, Rick and the team managed to find new sources of business. In addition, Rick embarked on the pursuit of a Masters in Business Administration last year. He is an ambitious, hard working manager who is constantly trying to improve himself.
