Serves as senior management consultant to executive leadership, providing expert guidance on a variety of complex business and program management issues related to developing, implementing, and assessing an array of technical, operational, and management programs of various scopes. Independently investigates, develops, and evaluates a broad spectrum of management functions that have a significant impact on agency operations and missions including program development and assessment, complex budget management, strategic human capital planning and execution, acquisitions management, facilities management, project management, policy and procedure development, operational analytics, process improvement, innovation, compliance program management, and training development and implementation.

Led deliberative, future, and crisis action planning within FEMA Region 4 during both steady-state and emergency operations.

Led the FEMA Office of External Affairs' Intergovernmental Affairs Division in support of strategic stakeholder engagement, promotion of key agency initiatives and services, and development of key guidance documents including the FEMA 2022-2026 National Tribal Affairs Strategy. This was a temporary assignment supporting the FEMA Office of External Affairs.

Led business management operations for the FEMA Office of Equal Rights. This included strategic planning, data analytics and reporting, and management of human resources, budgets, contracting, facilities, and accountable property.

Served as senior advisor to division leadership, providing expert guidance on a variety of complex human capital policy and strategic workforce planning initiatives related to multiple facets of the component human capital operation with wide-ranging impacts on the workforce and the organization.
