I am passionate about creating and delivering high-quality and sustainable projects that enhance the communities and the environment.As the Director of Development and Construction, I am responsible for defining and executing the strategic goals of the organization, building and fostering key business relationships, assessing and negotiating potential acquisitions and sales, overseeing and controlling multi-family and commercial real estate projects, and promoting the company through public relations and industry events. I leverage my skills and knowledge in civil and structural engineering, project management, and new business development to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions for complex and challenging development opportunities. I also collaborate with and empower a diverse and talented team of professionals, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure the successful completion and delivery of projects on time and on budget.
