I am an IT professional and a writer. I currently have two books in print and have several in the works. "When My Pen Bleeds"​ a book of poems and shorts is due out this fall. I am the father of four and have 3 grand kids.. My wife Margaret and I had lived in Wilmington, Delaware, since 1983 and moved to the Springfield, MO, area in 2005. I have been in the Information Technology field for the past 34+ years. The past 10 years at NLRC before coming to Springfield I was contractor/consultant to DuPont, QVC, Blue Cross, EDS, and other large companies. I have always been a story teller, especially with my kids. At our church I was the Children’s Church leader for several years. I told stories to emphasize the lesson. Over fifteen years ago I started writing down some of those stories. Each one has a theme and has made both children and their parents think. Picture book titles are: “The Little Tree Who Whispered Help”, “The Caterpillar Who thought He Would Die”, “The Watchmakers Shop”, “Wellington the Hungry Garbage Truck”, and “Are You My God?”.I also have a novel "Seeing Clearly - A view from Heaven" and two middle-school-age children titles “Coffin Train” and “The Box”.

This on-line database system improved the performance and problem solving abilities of client services, operations, and management.  Designed/coded tape tracking system (DB2) which automated the processing and tacking of all out-of-house tapes and fiche reducing the total end-of-year production run time from 7 days to under 5 days and reducing manpower by 50%.
