Genacross Lutheran Services (formerly Lutheran Homes Society) serves individuals throughout northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan. Genacross operates a continuum of care for including skilled nursing, assisted living, housng, home health, and other community based services. We also provide community based treatment and residential services to at-risk youth. Genacross serves nearly 4,000 individuals per year through the work of 1,000 dedicated employees.

Responsible for leading daily operations of KY's largest faith-based not-for-profit provider of senior retirement living, long-term care, and home health care for Older Adults. Christian Care Communities serves over 2,000 residents/patients and their families in communities throughout Ky with annual revenues of $55 million.

Responsible for oversight of financial operations including strategic planning, acquisitions and divestitures, information systems, bond debt financing, and banking relationships.

•Directed all financial activities of Humana’s digital health insurance company, Emphesys.•Coordinated preparation of annual budgets including underwriting, administrative expenses, membership and capital expenditures.•Served as project manager for the design, development, and migration of Humana's financial platform to Oracle software used by Emphesys. Successfully completed implementation of purchasing module prior to my departure.•Supervised a staff of six individuals including accounting managers and business systems analysts.

Led financial system planning and implementation for hospital division.

Responsible for all financial operations of Midwest Region nursing centers consisting of 49 facilities in six states with revenues in excess of $300 million.

Responsible for all financial operations of 60-bed long-term acute care hospital with revenues in excess of $46 million.
