Rick Maxwell is a lifetime entrepreneur. He was instrumental in developing the growth strategy for Modern Office Methods (MOM), a Cincinnati-based, office equipment company, founded in 1957. Rick served as President/COO from 1985 To 1995. In 1995, Rick and his wife, Kathy, acquired the southern region of MOM, forming OfficeWare, a Kentucky based corporation. Rick grew OfficeWare into one of the premier document management companies in the Midwest, until Rick and Kathy sold their ownership stock to Konica Minolta on September 30, 2011. Rick remained President of OfficeWare until early 2012. In 2009, Rick and Kathy purchased Full Service Networking (FSN), a leading technology company, headquartered in Cincinnati, OH and specializing in managed and co-managed IT services. Rick served as President and CEO, until FSN was acquired by Modern Office Methods in the spring of 2017. Rick remained as President, until his retirement on October 2, 2018.
