Vice President Of Account Management & Sales
Current• Serve on Executive team as a representation of Sales and Account Management • Lead, inspire, and manage a team of account managers and sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with company objectives.• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present new products and services to meet the needs of our clients.• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth to develop overall company strategy.• Accounts Receivable - Act as a point of escalation for collections and negotiations• Client Stewardship - Support Account Management team in a consultative role identifying trends and providing CERIS solutions to identified challenges.• Client Retention - Maintain communication with customer(s) to ensure that all SLA and service expectations are met. Communicate and engage Executive leadership team in account status, challenges, and goals.• Surface issues or potential issues to appropriate members of the Executive leadership team proactively to remedy immediate concerns before they become issues.• Coordinate and attend customer and prospect meetings. Ensure appropriate CERIS participants are engaged.• Monitor team performance, track sales metrics, and provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to senior leadership.• Provide clear direction, performance feedback, and ongoing coaching to team members to enhance their skills and drive results.
