Led a diverse team of USAF enlisted, officer, and civilian personnel supporting intelligence collection, processing, and dissemination from national strategic systems to tactical intelligence directly supporting the warfighter. Provided vision, visibility, and advocacy within the NSA for USAF mission expansion, policy, integration, and governance. Maintained division resource management, spanning current operations, NSA readiness assessment, expeditionary SIGINT operations, airborne/integrated ground station operations, and strategic-to-tactical integrated intelligence applications.Managed mission resource prioritization, manpower, and budget, ensuring the USAF mission areas align with the 25 AF Commander’s Strategic Objectives. Advocated for additional resources and personnel to accomplish assigned mission tasking. Aligned strategic guidance with operational and tactical milestones through direct, personal communications with 25 AF leaders. Co-lead for USAF strategic engagement with NSA during the Zero-Base Review in preparation for the 2016 Program build. Translated operational impacts of programmatic reinvestment and realignment strategies for all USAF Consolidated Cryptologic Program resources. Articulated USAF programmatic investments, defending 90% of the resources in place, while recommending a reinvestment plan for the remaining 10% that satisfied both NSA and USAF partnership priorities. Led a 10-member USAF engagement team responding to the DIRNSA Charge to review the structure, workforce, culture, and posture of NSA/CSS to meet the challenges of the next 5-10 years. Synchronized USAF priorities and messaging within the overall charge focus areas, comprised of 12 tasks with over 400 participants across the NSA/CSS Enterprise. Personally conducted 19 Senior Leader interviews regarding NSA/CSS organizational structure and workforce challenges, consolidating and synthesizing multiple data sets and comments into logical decision-making metrics.
