Synchronized and managed all aspects of fixed-base and expeditionary ISR operations to include manpower, material, aircraft maintenance, facilities, and budgetary resources of over $16M. Developed and maintained vital relationships with DoD and other contractor personnel and organizations resulting in positive working atmosphere internal and external to the organization. Worked tirelessly with team members to deliver aircraft and mission systems Operational Readiness Rate (ORR) of over 99% coupled with a 100% logistics accountability rate. Developed and administered Flight and Ground Operations Standards including enforcement of regulatory and safety compliance.
