Responsible for multiple acquisitions of simiar family-owned business in April of 2023 and November of 2020. In March 2019, through family buyout, became full owner of our 4th generation family business and management of Zeskind's real-estate holdings. Overseeing of Baltimore warehouse construction and office/showroom expansion completed in 2015 and rollout of manufacturing capabilities in 2016, via institution of the enterprise software platform Agility (by DMSI) for point of sale, inventory management, door building/quoting and accounting. Responsible for set up of interior and exterior door production lines, and custom millwork shop. Expanded existing relationships with vendors to support our new manufacturing capabilities including door slabs, moulding and jambs, door hardware, exterior jamb and sill systems. Responsible for lease negotiation and managing construction of our 3rd location, a modern and comprehensive millwork showroom located in the Severna Park, MD area.
