For 20 years I was involved in hospitality as a Chef de Cuisine, Restaurant Manager and Manager and Owner . In that time I received numerous accolades from colleagues including being a member of the English Chefs Olympics team and an honorary member of the Egyptian Olympic team. I have been lucky enough to work in many countries in the world, including Europe, Oman, Egypt, Ghana, Cyprus and Turkey. I spent 10 years in China which was a wonderful experience watching its fast growth and development. During this time I taught operations and management in Hospitality & Tourism very successfully with many students transferring to other countries to continue their higher education routes, and other attaining positions in good quality establishments. I also was a partner in a hospitality institute. I am now in the UK and after teaching Business Studies and Hospitality & Tourism Mgmt with a private school, I am now applying for positions such as Hospitality Assessor and Tutor.
