I oversee accounting, finance, IT, HR and administration (among other things) for SCHMIDT & STACY, a leader for over 30 years in the building community in Texas and beyond. I also get to draw on past experience to help with things like marketing / business development, strategy and operational efficiency.

Christian Community Action is one of the largest non-profit organizations in North Texas, serving over 10,000 clients per year. As the CFO at CCA, I was responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, including accounting, budgeting, revenue and expense analysis, strategic planning, compliance, cash flow, risk management, legal matters, forecasting, and financial reporting. Additionally, I worked closely with fund raising, retail operations, facilities management, IT and HR.I worked closely with the Board of Directors and presented to that group regularly. I had the privilege of serving a strategic task force made up of BoD committee chairs plus me, as the staff representative.
