The Control Purchasing department within DAF is responsible for the periodic financial reports for the management of PACCAR Purchasing Europe. The department takes care of the monthly financial closing and forecasting. Project Controller Operations New Generation DAF. In June 2021 DAF introduced its New Generation trucks. In order to produce this brand new truck, DAF had to expand its production facilities in the Netherlands, Belgium and Leyland. In Belgium two new state-of-the-art factories were built, a new Cab Body factory and a new Cab Trim factory.Responsibilities:• Monitoring and managing the Capital and Expense project budgets for all factories.• Responsible for the correctness, completeness, and timeliness of all capital and expense reporting and analysis within the project.• Preparing a monthly Capital commitment and spending forecast.• Supporting plant controllers with the month-end close process.• Monitoring ROI business cases for investments.• Setting-up a cost model to identify changes in labor and overhead cost.• Providing accurate, relevant and meaningful ad-hoc analysis to management to support strategic and tactical decision-making.Reporting to the DAF Operations Controller.

Manager Portfolio Risk Reporting within the Credit Department of DAF Trucks NV and PACCAR Financial Europe, the captive finance company of DAF. Responsible for the correctness, completeness, timeliness, and development for all reporting and analysis within Credit Europe. Providing accurate, relevant, and meaningful ad-hoc analysis to management to support strategic and tactical decision-making. Enhancing Portfolio Risk Management by developing predictive analytics and identify Portfolio trends with advanced tools (transferring Big Data to useful information and dashboards with a.o. Tableau), to strengthen the credit decision-making capabilities and developing metrics, controls, supporting Credit and Collection management to minimize past dues and credit losses. Monitoring and managing the Customer Due Dilligence, SOx and Internal (Control) processes within the Credit Department. Making sure all data transfer to the US are in line with the GDPR legislation. Reporting to the Director of Credit Europe and supervising 2 direct reports.

Interim Credit Manager DAF Czech/Slovakia and the company owned dealer DAF Trucks Praha. Responsible for credit risk management, credit underwriting, truck order clearing, trade receivable management (incl. collections), and reporting. Reporting to the DAF Area Credit Manager.

Credit Analyst (Financial Analyst). Responsible for preparing the monthly DAF Credit Wholesale and PACCAR Financial Retail Credit reports. Preparing periodically credit quality reports of the DAF dealer network and the end-customers of PACCAR Financial Europe, as well as reporting on the credit quality of the order boards. Reporting monthly the receivables and past dues to DAF management and PACCAR Global Credit. Supporting Credit Management and the country Credit Managers with ad-hoc analysis. Taking care of the management, development, and improvement of the departments’ financial information systems. Improving insight in reports by building interactive dashboards in Tableau. Supporting the customer Due Diligence checks. Reporting to the Director of Credit PACCAR Financial Europe.

Financial Analyst (Management Accountant). Responsible for preparing the weekly and monthly Management Accounting reports to the DAF board by analysing the financial figures of trucks order intake and trucks sold. Forecasting the monthly deliveries and truck margins per product range. Taking care of the management, development, and improvement of the departments’ financial information systems. Supporting Control Marketing & Sales with account reconciliations, revenue recognition and the RVG (Residual Value guarantee) pipeline. Reporting to the Manager Management & Cost Accounting.

TVSchijndel is a volunteer association with more than 40 volunteers, who take care of the daily local news in Schijndel. TVSchijndel offers its information and visual material (photo's and video's) about news and events in Schijndel via their website www.TVSchijndel.nl. Moreover, TVSchijndel realizes technical projects, filming, photography, video and photo editing, interview voiceover, webmastering and project organization.
