Diversey has a chemical manufacturing plant in London, Ontario and warehouses across Canada and US, specializing in cleaning products for Food and Beverage, hospitality, schools, and retirement homes. Sole responsibility for management of the transportation network across five locations across Canada and secondary responsibility for support in the United States. Developed, improved, and supported main transportation requirements for Diversey and their customers. Analyzed trends, issues and cost to achieve a 100% cost effective network. Successfully implemented Mercury Gate (TMS) and SAP systems between Customers and UPS which supported the consolidation shipments Mediated and resolved issues with carriers and warehouse staff, through discussion, failure modes and solutions, improving the overall wait times at warehouses Implemented extended pick up times by 4 hours and accomplished next day deliveries by grouping zones and having warehouse pick and pack aligned to new zones and times

Venture with Ford Motor Company. UPS / Ford collaboration managing the outbound finished vehicles from plant to dealers. Management of vehicle launches in respects to storage, repair programs and shipping vehicles by priority and age. Part of a specialized, high level team to oversee New Model Launches. Responsible for productivity management, client relationship management, and financial management. Optimized the rail and road freight networks by time and cost. Managed the movement of materials, information, and finances involved in manufacturing the distributing products. Travelled to all Ford plants during launches to organize storage, shipments and major repair programs between carriers and the plants. Multiple projects ongoing across numerous locations under high pressure situations.  Implemented failure mode procedures to improve carrier management, yard management and quality management by analyzing failures and implementing a three-stage resolution. This improved overall stoppage and delays in process flows and repairs saving millions of dollars for Ford and carriers.  Managed process flow of vehicles at one plant and shipping to another. This minimized movement of vehicles on site saving money, improving quality, and minimizing volume fluctuations in the network. Limited employee travel of specialized skills to keep them at home base. Coordinated with transportation (shuttle companies, car haul, rail), yard management teams, quality teams and head office and identified, solved and implemented procedures using failure modes, and six-sima practices. Coordinated daily high-level meetings with participants to accomplish overall objectives: ship finished vehicles, coordinated transportation, avoided work stoppage and accounted for and resolved equipment issues on rail and road.

New venture with Ford Motor Company as a 3PL. Re-create the current finished vehicle transportation network to reduce costs and reduce the transit time to 10.5 days average from a current 60+ days. Analyzed current network and operations at the St Thomas Assembly Plant. Main liaison between the local plant and corporate UPS and Ford Motor Company. Manage loading contractors and monitor all rail roads between Canada and parts of the US. Manage off-site programs such as storage, repair programs, and police upfits at the Crown North America facility. Provide solutions on the outbound and inbound of finished vehicles pertaining to all aspects of the transportation network. Management daily inventory of over $35,000,000 by working with Autoport(Yard Management) utilizing 50+ unionized employees working two shifts, Allied and Cassens Transport (car Haul), and CN Rail.

Manage all Air Operations for London including; Revenue and document auditing, High Value controls, Data Entry, Customs control, controlling custom documents for larger companies, and supervision. Management of daily outbound shipments and Canada/US custom issues. Ensure that productivity targets are met or exceeded with 100% accuracy.
