In this role I was the assistant Rod Man to the lead Crew Chief providing high level layout and grading for residential and commercial construction. One of my responsibilities was to conduct land surveys and perform mathematical calculations with a high level of accuracy. My measurements and calculations were used for layout and grading of various construction and engineering projects in order to aid the decision-making, design and construction process. Its in this field that i found my true passion for high level planning which then lead to my journey as a professional project manager.
