Translates long-term strategic objectives into short-term manufacturing and supply chain strategies and manages manufacturing facilities located in the U.S. and Asia. Manages all critical aspects of the company’s product life cycle, including the logistics, process technology, safety, environmental, quality and lean manufacturing. Handles all independent software vendors and value engineering, including cost reductions and component engineering.

Established the private start-up investment and developer of network application and protocol analyzer Tools Company from the ground-up. Provided software migration tools for projecting future technology costs and needs for advanced technology deployment for Fortune 500 companies. Led solutions development and the customers’ business application development processes for Healthcare, Aerospace and the FDA. Targeted Wi-Fi, RFID, and ERP, business intelligence, applications and middleware for networking, storage and wire closet solutions.

Provided comprehensive management and support of innovative business and operational strategies designed to manage, transfer and leverage crucial corporate advanced technology and knowledge to key resellers, partners and Fortune 500 clients.  Effectively partnered with the global sales force and c-level clientele to conduct business development initiatives with a diverse channel partner base with P&L responsibility.   Played a key role in the strategic direction and operational oversight for the new product organization for Cisco’s largest Engineering Business Unit and generated 50% of the company’s new product revenues.  Led, trained and motivated a large workforce of key program management, project engineering and supply operations teams.  Directed a broad-based integration of new products into manufacturing, technical support and sales organizations to ensure full production readiness, capacity and successful worldwide product launch.  Oversaw all new product activities and engineering designs for the enterprise product lifecycles, from concept commit, through to general order availability, and end-user support.  Spearheaded the major global OEM and ISV relationship development projects totaling to over 200 million run rate.  Effectively managed a worldwide cross-functional enterprise margin team that improved margins, from low of 48%, to business unit overall average of 78% within 18 months for $8 billion revenue group. Orchestrated cost reduction and re-engineering strategies to deliver over $300 million in annual savings, allowing the company to maintain a competitive position without narrowing the product portfolio.  Led the VoIP new product integration, selection and development of off-shore OEM.  Liaised with multiple business units to establish a standardized and comprehensive system for seamless acquisition integrations. .
