Perform and supervise the siting, acquisition, land rights and title curative for utility scale wind and solar projects including the associated off-site transmission interconnection facilities for national and international clients. Project locations include the states of Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Colorado, Texas, New Mexico, California, Ohio and Indiana.Assist clients by supervising the development, entitlement and construction activities for medium to large-sized residential projects in the Twin Cities metropolitan area. Specific skills and tasks include land acquisition, project design, land entitlements, permitting, contractor/consultant supervision and construction management.

Manage, direct and supervise the activities of ROW/ land acquisition agents and support staff in the due diligence research, valuation and acquisition of medium to large utility scale wind and solar energy projects for national and international clients. Direct responsibility for the training and performance of all land acquisition agents, project managers, title personnel, and GIS specialists. Develop and maintain all training documents and procedures, tracking and data systems, and progress reporting procedures for use by client. In conjunction with client attorneys and staff surveyors, perform title curative work to facilitate the insuring and financing of utility scale wind energy projects.

Direct, manage and supervise the development of medium to large-sized residential projects in the Twin City metropolitan and St. Cloud area comprising approximately 6,500 lots.
