Lighting has always been a big part of my work in the energy efficiency industry and at Synergy Investment, I am finally getting back to my passion of developing quality lighting designs that get Implemented and not just a paragraph and calculation in a study/report. While customer's want to save money, they know that lighting can't just be all about watts. I find that working with them to meet their objectives and save on watts is both rewarding and professional fulfilling.As Principal Energy Analyst at PES, I was responsible for all aspect of the various service offerings, which includes on-site energy audits, utility bill analysis, tariff analysis, identification and M&V of energy efficiency projects, etc. I have experience writing technical assistance audit reports; developing design alternatives for HVAC, lighting, thermal storage, and alternative energy projects; providing construction observation and review services and monitoring and verification protocols.Prior to starting PES, I was the Principal Energy Analyst at EnerNOC in Boston MA, Energy Analyst with WebGen, Inc in Cambridge, MA, Energy Engineering Domain Leader for Johnson Controls North American Performance Contracting group, and Project Leader with Energy Investment Inc in Boston MA. I was responsible for providing technical support and risk assessment for all management team areas for Johnson Controls throughout North America and Europe for their Performance Contracting business. While at JCI, I won several JCI Merit Awards and two JCI Chairman Awards.
