I am currently the Art Director/Advertising Manager for Somerville Lumber Company which has approximately 50 million in sales each year. My responsibilities include supervising all print marketing and brochures, designing and updating corporate websites, email marketing and radio, television, on-line, and trade-show advertising. My goal is to be the Art Director for a large company where I can utilize my expertise as both a graphic designer and artist, as well as be a member of the creative team to help increase the sales for the company and their clients.

As Art Director for The Learning Experience, I was involved in projects ranging from the development of educational materials, printed advertising, website development to video/photography and multi-media presentations. My responsibilities included brand management and supervision of design staff.

Created new concepts and digital simulations of promotional products for potential clients. Designed new logos, and original artwork for point-of-purchase marketing items. Produced brochures, corporate letterhead, business cards, flyers, and presentation folders. Designed over a thousand business forms used by corporations and government entities. Created and maintained the interactive website for the company including its E-commerce site.

I was involved with signage design and creating point of purchase marketing items. I managed all projects from inception to production while working with a team of five salesmen and development personnel. Our national clients included Masterlock, Perrier, Beck’s Beer and many others.
