Rick has 35 years of food industry experience as a founder of four businesses, senior executive (COO & CEO) and thought-leader in the management sciences of innovation and process improvement including co-teaching Professor Clayton Christensen’s inaugural Executive Innovation Master Class at Harvard Business School (for Unilever Food Brands).Rick has consulted to many of the world’s most recognizable food companies and brands – e.g., Kraft, McDonald’s, Unilever, Oscar Mayer, Keebler, Hormel, Borden, Mead Johnson, and Daymon Associates – the world leader in retail private-brand programs.Rick’s consulting roles were to design business improvement strategies and implement process innovations for making strategies real.
