With over 35 years of experience as an architect, client lead and workplace and real estate strategist, Rick is a sought-after thought leader on the future of mixed-use environments and activity-based workplaces. Throughout his career, he has led a wide range of innovative projects across the United States and Asia. This includes bespoke high-rise towers with premier Hong Kong developer Swire Properties and corporate campuses for industry leaders like Warner Bros., LinkedIn, Chevron and KLA.He believes that human experience drives real estate value. He is an advocate for experiential, high-performing developments and sustainable urban solutions.
