I oversee all food and beverage operations at the Coeur d'Alene Resort & Golf Course and four (4) free standing restaurants also in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. I also consult at three (3) other Hagadone Hospitality hotel operations located in Washington State and Idaho.

Managing partner Tadich Grill Development Company. Ran the original Tadich Grill in San Francisco while opening Tadich Grill of Washington, D.C. located on Pennsylvania Avenue at 1001 Pennsylvania Avenue next to the FBI building and across the street from the now Trump Hotel.

Hired as the Director of Food & Beverage for the Coeur d'Alene Resort where I was responsible for opening the F & B at this newly opened Resort.While I was the Director of Food & Beverage for the Cda Resort I also was the Director of Restaurants for Hagadone Hospitality. Hired by Chuck Quinn, CEO & Owner of Charlie's Wonderful Restaurant Company. Managed Charlie's Bar & Grill in Bellevue, Washington & San Jose California while also managing Stuart Anderson's Black Angus Restaurant in San Mateo, California. I was asked to turn the Clark Mansion, a 27 room mansion built in 1898, into a fine dining restaurant located in Spokane, Washington. Operated as the General Manager of Patsy Clark's from 1982-1985.
