- Responsible for a range of tasks related to the ERP financial system (D365) procurement module requirements as assigned, such as: PR-PA-PO process, vendor creation, process Services Change Orders and Construction Change Orders, create Memos. Create, amend, document PA’s & PO’s, obtain signatures for PA’s & PO’s, issue signed contracts vendors, documentation storage and retention of contracts. As well as setting up new buyer groups, purchase pool, procurement categories, and make hierarchy revisions.- Assist the team with the procurement process in a range of capacities, including creating files/folders/standard documents. Preparing and issuing posting announcements to relevant websites (Bonfire and Merx), newspapers and trade journals. Coordinating procurement group and other meetings. Prepare regular updates to the Waterfront Toronto website, including contract awards, posting them publicly. - Action IT helpdesk tickets by identifying issues and seeking resolutions for the procurement module including any needed changes to the workflow structure. Perform D365 testing and task recording – troubleshooting, reporting errors, testing after system upgrades.- Respond to staff (in particular, Project Managers) on inquiries of procurement-related policies and processes. Assisting Project Managers with setting up and writing PR’s. Provide support to Project Managers to identify various prior / historical RFx and contract documentation.- Coordinate with PMO and Accounting departments with PO confirmations to sup-port payment process.- Set up Training sessions for staff – Evaluations, Procurement 101, and Informal Procurement.
