• Responsible for managing several product lines in the Copier division, including Software & Solutions, 3rd Party items, Consumer products, and Scanners (for Direct and Indirect Sales), reporting to different business.
• Key liaison between the Inventory Group and Sales Administration, Sales Reps and Managers (across the country), different Marketing teams (Direct & Indirect Sales), Consumer products division, Warehouses, and IT.

• Reporting on inventory levels (procurement and fulfilment from our 3 warehouses in ON, AB, & BC), including providing analysis and reporting to Finance.
• Sales order fulfillment/allocation and managing procurement lead times – working with partners in the US & Japan, and with several 3rd party vendors (across Canada, the US, and Europe), and communicating ETA’s to.
• Coordinating customers deliveries and stock transfers with our warehouses (in ON, AB, & BC), troubleshooting and providing solutions for sales orders to the various business units (Sales teams, warehouses, and Sales.

• Responsible for managing strategic relationships with key accounts (Moosehead, Bridgestone, MBNA, Atlas Copco, Mack Truck & Uniweld) in warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment.
• Managing and coordinating warehouse staff, including day-to-day operations, and special projects.
• Providing hands-on account support, extensive reporting, and billing.
• Constructing, implementing and maintaining online web stores (Bridgestone, Atlas Copco, & Mack Truck).
