I am responsible for the selection and implementation of an ATS, project managing a recruiting process based on six sigma, creating a new ERP, recruiting for corporate and executive positions and managing a staff of six recruiters who are a joy to work with in a challenging environment.

• Manages the Regional Recruitment & Retention function for the 18 hospitals in the California Region of this leading for-profit, multi-facility healthcare system.• Works closely with HR directors, recruiters, and hospital management on recruitment and retention strategies, as well as employment-related vendor selection and management.• Provides facility-specific staffing plans for difficult-to-fill classifications and rolls out system wide and regional recruitment/retention initiatives.• Project managed a Retention Program pilot resulting in a reduction of turnover from 30% to 50% in the pilot hospitals.• Utilized cost-effective recruitment best practices to increase applicant sourcing of difficult-to-fill clinical classifications while reducing sourcing costs by 50%.• Developed HR and recruiting competencies by conducting region-wide market council meetings, recruiter training, and comprehensive HR operations reviews.

I am currently working on an outplacement project with Irvine Regional Hospital. With the hospital shutting down, I am responsible for assisting employees in transfers to other system hospitals, networking with competitor hospitals, career coaching, hosting job fairs and creating and conducting workshops on resume writing, how to find a job and interviewing. I support 500 employees with heavy interface with executive team, directors and managers.
