He is one of a limited number of brokers with specialized expertise in this unique field and his knowledge and insights are sought after by both buyers and sellers in residential land transactions throughout Southern California with an emphasis on San Diego, Riverside and Imperial Counties. He has brokered projects that have been developed by some of the largest publicly traded home builders in the country including KB Home, D.R. Horton, Ryland Homes, Lennar and K. Hovnanian, as well as some of the larger regional developers such as McMillin Homes, Gateway Housing, Stowe-Passco Development and Reynolds Communities.
