I entered the Rail industry in 2010 working for a small recruitment company, doing general admin duties and working alongside the managing director. As time progressed, I became the sentinel coordinator and helped with invoicing clients, recruitment of individuals for specific roles on the railway. In 2015 I joined a training company and focused more on the sentinel side for the training provider. I was also the a invigilator for their ICI courses and provided assistance with both ICI & PTS e-learning. I also re-designed their course events flyer which was publicized through social media and email. The training company also had a sister company providing rail recruitment in which I was also involved with helping recruit predominantly blue collar staff. I also assisted in keeping up standards for their annual audits.
