Dascom Systems Group is a solutions provider committed to industry-leading video solutions and services.As Director of National Sales, I was responsible for video head-end sales of IPTV multicast and ABR unicast systems to Service Providers in the Tier 2/3 market. System components included application software (middleware), CAS/DRM (security), Ad Insertion (increase ARPU) and content acquisition and licensing for total system configurations.

Fluke Networks is the world leader in the manufacture, distribution and service of electronic test tools and software.As a Strategic Account Manager, I targeted the introduction of selected products to the major service providers in the US. I was responsible for several Tier 2 (CenturyLink, Frontier, TDS and Cinn. Bell) and all of the major US Tier 3 ILEC market segment for Communications Service Providers (CSP) business group of FNET.

As a telecom industry expert, I provided consulting services for OTT services, AirTies, a wireless gateway & IPTV STB Home Network solution, and ClearAccess, a provider of DSL & Ethernet gateway CPE and TR-069 ACS management software solution.Services included Business Development Strategies for OEMs, analyst and researcher inquiries into manufacturing options, engineering requirements, future and current market direction, in-home networking requirements and differentiators regarding IPTV services in North & South American markets.

Amino is a global leader in media and entertainment technology solutions. It was the first in the industry to provide IPTV decoder STBs for MPEG 2 SD & HD, MPEG 4 SD and MPEG 2 SD PVR content decoding. As Vice President of Sales and Operations, I was responsible for all of Western Hemisphere Amino Communications, LLC operations including profit and loss. Under my direction, Amino increased IPTV STB sales from $0M to $24M in 3.5 years and achieved 68% account penetration for all IPTV STB sales in North America (2004 – 2008).Having joined Amino initially as Director for Midwest Regional Sales in 17 State areas, I grew sales from $0 - $6M in sales in two years. Promoted to VP Sales for North and South America, I managed and grew IPTV STB sales from $6M to over $24M a year in just over three years.

As Director for the Midwest Regional Accounts, I presented and sold IP based DSLAM to the Telco market, focused on the strategic accounts of ILEC, CLEC and large ISP providers, including NTCA, OPASTCO members at both national and local levels.

As Director for National Carrier Accounts at this Network Element Management solutions provider, I was responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan to penetrate the service provider market. This included product introductions to the large Carrier Accounts (Tier1, 2), field training, product design, lab evaluations, software upgrade requirements and RFP responses including annual service agreements.

At this remote monitoring and network alarm applications company, I focused on the major ILEC (Bell, Sprint, GTE) and CLEC (McCloud, WorldCom) Telecommunications markets.

At this technology provider, I was responsible for creating strategic sales plans for the Ameritech Bell region. This included developing, implementing and managing product introductions, manufacturing changes, training programs and annual service agreements for all in territory customers.
