Job duties:Product Engineer1.Track / evaluate all Design Changes (D/C) and maintainup-to-date drawing file. Attend D/C committee weeklymeeting.2.Evaluate CRF™s (countermeasure request forms) perHRA-O / HGT guideline, assisting departments withjustification as required, follow-up to gain approvals, trackCRF activity, and feedback results to requestingdepartment.3.Develop and issue quality standards based on testresults, mother plant information, past problem history, andIn-House / Supplier quality capabilities.4.Complete daily / monthly plans and reports based onschedule and direction from Leader.5.Activitely participate in group meetings discussing resultsof projects and planning activities.6.Develop and issue Inspection Standards per policy /procedure.7.Review Manufacturing Instructions (MI's) foraccuracy and functional / certification related contents.8.Review In-House department PQCT documents for NewModel changes per policy and support In-House QAVs.9.Support Mass Production problem follow-up as needed.RM Engineer1. Receive and review Design Changes (D/C) for impact toReman operations.2. Update Reman BOM per latest D/C and review withReman suppliers.3. Create and maintain NM Reman BOM per Reman Dwgfor US production models.4. Review all NM Reman start-up information sent fromJapan for accuracy.5. Create and maintain In-line Analysis Automated BOMsystem - BOM's6. Develop and issue Quality Standards based on testresults, MQ past problem information, and In-House /Supplier quality capabilities.7. Create and issue MI's / CRF's related to Reman BOM's,Dwgs, and Processes.8. Prepare Reman NM Start-up schedule with Jpn memberfor US and Jpn models.9. Support Reman Suppliers Production problem follow-upas needed, ie : application information, I/C ability, setchanges, etc.10. Mentor and develop Reman BOM associate intoReman Support group.
