    Fluor Engineering Sugar Land, TX. 02/2015 to presentSasol Chemicals West Lake, La.8 billion world scale Ethane Cracker Project:Lead Piping Designer: Waste Water Treatment Unit 982: This project used SP3D, (Smart Plant 3D) and SPR (Smart Plant Review) Layouts were done in auto-cad then sent to Manila to put in SP3D, We monitored the 3D model with Smart Plant Review (SPR) to maintain consistency and accuracy. The Waste Water Treatment Unit consisted of 27 tanks, 40 pumps, 6 Drums, 2 air fin coolers, 16 chemical injection pump skids, 8 Blowers, 2 aeration basins, and 2 permeate tanks, belt press, centrifuge separator, and decanter. Squad check vendor equipment drawings in Adobe Acrobat marked up to send back, and wrote FDCN’S (Flow Diagram Change Notice) to correct P&ID’S. Marathon Oil Garyville; Galveston Bay / Texas City; Robinson; HopedalePipe Design Checker: Checked piping isometric’s against SP3D model and LFM scan for consistency and accuracy. Galveston Bay Refinery (GBR) / Texas City Refinery (TRD) Galveston Bay Synergy Steam project; To supply TRD with a new 16” 425# super heated steam line. design piping plan layouts, and design isometric’s and revised per Stress engineer. 4200 L/F 16” pipe, 60 ISO’S. and 60 trap iso’s. This was only for the TRD part another group did the GBR. Using facetplan and facetiso.Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) Brand New refinery 20 to 21 Billion dollar project.I helped to re-estimate the waste water unit… KNPC did not want a cost plus project they preferred a lump sum bid.
