About Rick Skaggs

When I started TSP in 2002 with my friend and business partner, Frank Gonzalez, I never would have projected the exponential growth and success of today’s TSP. What I did expect as a 100% services company, if you do what you say you are going to do and provide the best customer service possible, we would grow. We started the company on a vision and a prayer, and where we are today is nothing short of phenomenal. I am blessed every day to be here with our leadership staff, employees, and our customers. 100% of our success is because of our people who we trust daily to innovate, integrate and creatively solve our clients’ technology problems. Watching TSP grow from the original 4 employees to the over 500 employees we have now has been indescribable. It is a joy to come to work every day and unfortunately most people can’t say that. We spend much of our waking hours at our workplace, and life is too short to spend that much time being unhappy, unrecognized, and unrewarded. At TSP we watch out for one another and truly care about each other’s well-being. I don’t want our employees being slaves to their laptops and smartphones. We value work-life balance and it is integral to personal success which ultimately leads to TSP success. We are a hard-working group of dedicated employees who also have a lot of fun along the way.
