Solera:• Is a venture-stage technology and payment innovation company that matches individuals to a curated network of community and digital health providers, with providers being paid through medical claims submitted by Solera on their behalf for achieving clinical outcomes.• Solera's platform provides access to solutions covering a wide range of chronic and lifestyle health conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, weight management, tobacco cessation, stress and sleep quality.• Is backed by several premier private equity firms, including Sandbox Industries, Adams Street, SJF, and the venture arms of several Blue Cross Blue Shield organizations.Key responsibilities and accomplishments:• Closed on approx. $50M in equity and $5M in debt across various investment rounds.• Steered the company through various accounting and systems projects, culminating in the successful, on-time completion of the company's first audit (which was handled by a Big 4 firm).• Drove efforts for the company to narrow its focus, both in terms of business lines and customers, to improve profitability.
