Assist Project Managers and top management in supervising site.2. Planning for overall site progress.3. Liaise with consultants and clients for project needs and requirements.4. Arranging workers and subcontractors at site for daily/weekly work planning to chase deadline.5. Prepare and submitting daily site report as well as monthly progress report.6. Follow up with Purchaser for materials that need to be order/ordered for site progress.7. Order materials for site progress( concrete, materials, equipment, etc).8. Coordinate with subcontractor and workers at daily basis.9. Report to Project Manager/Senior Project Manager or General Manager for site progress/ problems or any changes highlighted by consultant/client.Experiences:1. Lead commissioning team for Crude Palm Oil to be wash through series of process.2. Pre- commissioning test( hydro, flush, leaking, etc) of Crude Palm Oil(CPO) plant before commissioning.3. A one man- show at site, troubleshooting/ solving and completing C&S as well as M&E tasks.4. Liaise with consultant & client as to proposing new design to suit site conditions.5. Advising client/ consultants as to proper lifting of vessels/silos techniques.6. Multi tasks in taking roles as Health & Safety at site to smoothen site progress as low as reasonably practicable(ALARP)7. Checking drawing as to suit site conditions, and if not suit, to counter propose( sketch) new design and submit to consultant & client for approval.8. Full time supervising at site for concreting, bar-cutting, bar-laying, form-work arrangements, architecture, defects works, mechanical equipment installation, pipe installation, pipe insulation, steel works(I-beam, column, cladding sheets, roofing works), RDWP works, bondek flooring works, erection of steel storage tanks, blasting works and etc.

As advisor for Organization in regard to Legal Requirements and liaise with legal bodies such as CIDB, DOSH, KKM, JTK and relevant authorities.2. Implement all policies, procedures & instructions as relevant & required by the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Quality System and to FMA 1967 and OSHA Act.3. To inspect the place of work to determine whether any machinery, plant, equipment, substance, appliance or process or any description of manual labor used in the place of work, is of such nature liable to cause bodily injury to any person working in the place of work.4. To collect, analyze and maintain statistics on any accident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning and occupational disease (NADOPOD) which have occurred at the place of work.Experiences: 1. Conduct toolbox, induction, safety training programs as per ISO, and project requirements.2. Prepare safety monthly report, manhours report, CIDB manpower records as well as all relevant checklists as per ISO and project requirement.3. Assist authorities( DOSH, CIDB, KKM) in fatality cases as well as preparing and compiling all relevant documents needed to close Stop Work Order.4, Preparing and compiling all relevant documents needed for surveillance and recertification audit to obtain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certification.5. Setup work method with engineers and supervisors before coming out with HIRARCs for all relevant works at site. Implementing own HSSE rules & regulations at site as low as reasonably practicable.(ALARP)6. Secretary in Safety Health Committee meeting.
