I've been involved in this field since 1996. I am both a Virginia and Washington, D.C. Broker. Additional education achievments include the CRS, ABR and GRI designations. I've chaired the Architectual review board for Clarendon Park in Arlington and I am a top rated real estate advisor on the self help site, AllExperts.com. I am a member of the National Assocaition of Realtors, Northern Virginia Board of Realtors, The Northern Neck Association of Realtors and the Cabo Multi List. My time is split between Clients in the US and Cabo San Lucas, Baja Sur California, Mexico where I am specialize in real estate development and land purchase for hotels and subdivision.I am presently involved in two developments in Todos Santos, a town one hour north of Cabo san Lucas, recently dedicated by the Mexican Government as one of the 'Magical Cities' of Mexico. We have hundreds of acres for sale as well as finished building lots and hotel sites.My formal training is landscape architecture which I obtained in Florida. I have been a race mechanic for Team McLaren during which time our driver, Johnny Rutherford won the Indy 500, a full certified ski instructor in Michigan and Vail Colorado, sail and power boat instructor in south Florida, charter capitan in the Caribbean, Design / Build Contractor in both Florida and Virginia.Specialties: Contract negotiation, raw land purchase / rezoning, new construction.
