I love to learn, and am always up for a challenge whatever the situation. I get along well with others; however I also work efficiently on my own. I want to make a difference in whatever aspect of Emergency healthcare I am involved with. I am comfortable in any role from hands on clinical to management. I have 23 years of clinical experience and 9 years of Management experience in which I have had the following responsibilities either directly or by oversight: All aspects of pre-hospital Emergency Medical Care at the Paramedic Level, P/L experience, budgeting and profit forecasting, new business development, all human resources functions, employee management, contract compliance, billing and accounts receivable, public and government relations, managing multiple business units, scheduling, purchasing, staff development, Safety and Risk Management, Education, Logistics / Dispatching, Sarbanes Oxley Compliance and managing a fleet maintenance department for over 30 vehicles.
