In General: I plan, direct and coordinate the operations of ProCraft Cabinetry, Inc. I am responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies. I provide leadership and coordination for the company sales and marketing functions. I have knowledge of personnel procedures, i.e. the hiring, training supervising of department employees, etc. I have the ability and give direction, the ability to relate to and motivate people, the ability to define job tasks, the ability to determine performance standards, the ability to hire, train, discipline and terminate employees as necessary, and a knowledge of general business management techniques and generally accepted business practices.
