In this capacity, Sullivan also served as member of the executive management team, which governed the business strategy and execution of HP's 15,000 person, $3.2b U.S. public-sector business.ACHIEVEMENT: As an executive ‘smoke-jumper’, led complex turn-arounds of acquired customer programs on the precipice of failure and lawsuit, negotiated to mutually beneficial restructured contracts, and delivered re-engineered fixed price software development solutions to production through a clean-sheet agile approach.
