In 2005 I started and continue to run The Seminole Ridge High School's Construction Academy .It is a 4 year program where we teach the kids all aspects of the construction industry. In order to give the students a hands on ,practical experience we build a House for Habitat every year. The students do everything from the floor framing to putting the paper on the roof. That includes the electrical and plumbing systems.The HVAC system is done by Royal Palm Beach High Schools HVAC Academy.Our graduates have gone on to careers in all aspect of the Construction industry including architecture ,engineering ,construction management ,carpentry ,electrical,plumbing ,welding ,drywall ,HVAC and many other skilled trades

I currently teaching plumbing but in past years I taught Electrical and Construction , OSHA,forklift operation ,scissor lift and high reach operations. To give the students a hands on experience we are currently building a tiny house
