Managed and negotiated maintenance contracts for 11 buildings, in excess of 500,000 square feet, for the Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise spanning over 125 miles. Consistently completed projects on time and within budget. Managed and monitored the emergency operations of multiple One Megawatt Generators located throughout the Florida's Turnpike System. Work directly with the IT Managers to establish a wireless notification system for emergency operations. Managed security and surveillance department, janitorial and maintenance staff to insure clean, safe, and efficient buildings. Implemented and managed buildings security protocol for the safety of visitors and staff. Directed the Pompano operations building, a 38,000 square feet office facility, towards an Energy Star Rating through lighting retrofits, occupancy controls, HVAC transducers, low pass water meter, and waterless urinals to reduce energy cost and comply with mandated standards. Completed major renovations without impacting day to day business (No Downtime).

Responsible for corporate owned properties. Negotiated vendor contracts and authorized purchase orders to maintain and improve properties within budgetary guidelines. Supervised construction, facilities and maintenance. Conducted site evaluations. Prepared real estate assessments of newly acquired properties.
