Rick is a leader in the post-tensioning industry with over 35 years of construction experience which includes post-tensioning repair and rehabilitation of bridges and buildings throughout the United States. He has served as a project manager on several new and retrofit projects. He has extensive experience in estimating, organization, and supervision which includes managing many projects involving PT bridges, heavy lifting, composite materials, grouting, and unique specialty projects. He has also been responsible for company startups with experience in grease mono-strand fabrication, designing, and setting up equipment plus overseas material procurement. He has experience in VB and LISP for AutoCAD systems and developed custom programs for PT detailing that interacts with office documents and fabricating equipment.
