Rick is an award-winning real estate broker known for his undying dedication to his clients. He has accumulated invaluable experience in both commercial real estate and residential developing since 1995. He started working in construction as a teenager, then gained knowledge over the years as an appraiser, contractor, investor, developer, property manager, and realtor. This street-smart experience has led to an exceptional understanding of the construction and real estate industries.Rick joined a commercial real estate brokerage in 2014. In 2021, he decided to hone his residential development knowledge, and teamed up with one of the largest, privately-owned builders in the Pacific Northwest. After a successful stint there, he re-joined his commercial colleagues in Tacoma and helps those who buy, sale, or lease commercial properties throughout the Puget Sound and the state of Washington.
